Name: Tache Adeali
Age: 27
Gender: Male
Race: Human/Chaotic
Appearance: Having attributes of looks from his mother, and build from his father, Tache is quite the all around character. He is of average build, being neither muscular nor scrawny. He weighs 180 pounds, standing at a meager 5'8" tall. He has dark blonde hair, which extends past his ears, curling up at the sides. It almost looks like he has wings on the side of his head. Completely embarrassed by this, Tache tried his best to hide it, but to no avail. He has begun to ignore the fact that his hair is ugly as sin, and pretend that it is not even there. He has light green eyes, set into his slightly rounded face. His nose is slopes down, rounded at the end. Below, his mouth is usually curled into a comical grin, revealing his shiny (and slightly crooked) teeth.
The typical armor worn by a Chaotic is nothing overzealous. A chain mail hauberk, over which a surcoat of cobalt blue is worn, showing the element of the Chaotic wearing it. Under this, a simple brown tunic and pants is worn, to protect the body from chafing. A robe is normally worn over the armor, to hide the Chaotic’s identity and project a heightened sense of intelligence.
Personality: Never good with people, Tache tries to distance himself from confrontation as much as possible. However, if someone is in need, he is indebted to providing aid against an evil force. He upholds the virtues of the Chaotic, favoring humility, largesse, and nobility over pride, intolerance, and malice.
In battle, he keeps a level head, not allowing himself to become blind with fury. He remains radiant and tranquil, instilling fear into the hearts of his enemies. He is never the first to attack. He prefers to tease people by evading and parrying, rather than outright attacking. Several of his opponents have surrendered, baffled by his lack of attacks, giving the effect that he is merely toying with them.
Weaponry: Blizzard Rune - The rune passed down through the generations of Juneau, it possesses immense magickal energy and significance to the Chaotic. It is embedded into a gauntlet Tache wears on his right hand, the magickal energy radiating through the cage of mesh.
Magical Techniques:
Solidity - Tache is able to channel thin streams of ice from his gauntlet-clad hand. Using this ability, he is able to root his enemies to the spot, rendering them unable to move their lower body. Easily evaded.
Minions of Azure - Sinking downward into a defensive state, Tache brings both of his arms in front of him in a guarding position. Relying heavily on his inner power, he focuses large amounts of energy in front of him, projecting it outward in a wall. The wall slowly takes form into a being, standing at four feet, six inches tall. Being completely made of ice, it can easily be shattered and/or melted, but it does pack a punch. Easily destroyed and slow to move.
Miscellaneous Skills - Tache can use the power of his rune to do multiple things. Other than his two techniques, he can also manifest balls of ice and water, using them as orbs against enemies. The more advanced the technique, the more spiritual energy it takes. The more spiritual energy Tache loses, the less he is able to do magickal, physical, and mental wise.

Race Origin:
The Beginning The origins of the chaotic are skeptical at best. They began as a band of priests, led by an ecstatic revolutionary by the name of Cecil Arendum. Cecil had a vision for the world. He wished to bring the souls of humans closer to nature, to become one with the world, to better harness elemental energy. With the energy, he planned to create a machine, that of which would harness the powers of the world and unleash a catastrophic breakdown in the Earth’s core. With this, Cecil would be able to climb the ladder within the church, him being the only one knowing of how to reverse the occurrence.
The Assigning Cecil had no idea how insane his plan was. He recruited several priests, who were promised a position when he ascended to leader of the Church, and began his research. After years of practicing meditation and learning of the properties of elemental magick, Cecil trained each of his leaders to follow a particular element.
His right hand man, Juneau, was the first. The procedure was long and drawn out. Cecil took his time, training Juneau until his elemental power was expressed. After three years, Cecil determined Juneau’s natural sense of magick to be greatest in the category of ice. Thus, Juneau was sent off on his own to develop his powers more, while Cecil trained the others.
The next was Omikron. After two years, his element was discovered as fire. He, too, was sent off on his own to develop and meditate.
Khan, Jacob, and Erik were to have light, earth, and air, respectively. They also left Cecil to train in solitude.
Cecil’s element was darkness.
A Chaotic Reunion The six reunited fifteen years later, all of them as masters of their elemental magick. Juneau had expanded his horizons to contain both ice and water magick. Jacob expanded from earth to containing the two magicks of nature and rock. Erik possessed wind and lightning.
Cecil, Khan, and Omikron remained with their original elements, but their powers were significantly greater than their comrades were. Despite these differences, the six were still close. Cecil’s plot was finally coming together. He just needed to perform a binding.
Ideas Gone Awry The weakest of the six, Jacob, was the first to experience the binding to the elements. Following an arcane book of magick, Cecil performed the procedure.
Calling upon the sages and saints of old, he manifested a dismal-looking portal. Jacob was meant to enter of his own free will, to ensure the binding was sacred.
Overcome with fear, Jacob refused to continue on with the procedure. Angered by this, Cecil summoned his strength and hurled Jacob into the vortex, with the aid of Omikron and Khan. As Jacob’s body hit the outer energy barrier, an explosion of tremendous proportions ripped his form to shreds, unleashing a chain reaction of explosions, decimating the area and hurling Cecil and the remaining four across the chamber.
The Runes The vortex closed, throwing the mess of blood that was once Jacob in a heap upon the granite. On top of the pile sat five stones, stained crimson with blood.
Each of the stones, or runes, reacted to a particular person. One, which shined a bright cobalt, reacted with bursts of electricity when it touched Juneau’s hands, while it lay dormant in the others’ clutches.
The vermilion stone reacted in the same way when Omikron came in contact with it. The alabaster stone went to Khan, the obsidian stone to Cecil, and the goldenrod stone to Erik.
Each was given a name and was used to increase the powers of their holders.
Juneau... the Blizzard Rune...
Omikron... the Volcanic Rune...
Erik... the Typhoon Rune...
Khan... the Radiant Rune...
Cecil... the Beast Rune...
The Corruption of Souls Realizing that no one else would volunteer after seeing Jacob torn to pieces, Cecil needed to find a new way to carry out his sinister plot. He formed a new triumvirate with Omikron and Khan, sending Juneau and Erik out to find new recruits. He planned to form an army, with which he would trick into entering the vortex.
Cecil became volatile, cruel, and loathing. He withdrew from the others, keeping to himself while they busied themselves with gaining power and followers for their cause.

A Destiny Unfolded The five soon had a flourishing community. Juneau, Erik, and Khan all gained wives, who they trained in their particular magick form. Cecil continued to grow farther and farther apart from the others, now only keeping in contact with Omikron. Every month, recruits would be called to Cecil’s chambers, where they would be trained for the upcoming revolution. Most of them were failures and were killed. Several others worked perfectly. They were set aside.
There was one who stood out above all. A man who called himself Orion. Trained by Juneau, he was one of the most adept recruits out of all. He was granted entry into the Sanctum, which was a division below the original five. Only three others, Kurtis, who was trained by Erik, Kyno, who was trained by Omikron, and Samuel, who was trained by Khan, made it into this elite group.
Insanity Seven years after the first catastrophe and Jacob’s death, Cecil decided it was time to try again. Seventeen people, including Samuel, volunteered.
The results were the same, other than the fact that no stones were produced. Samuel entered finally and had this had the most apocalyptic reaction. Instead of closing, the vortex grew, engulfing the chamber it was opened in. Several thousand recruits, along with Khan, were pulled into the vortex and destroyed. The situation looked hopeless.
Cecil was enraged. Everything he had worked for; destroyed in minutes. He sank into his brood, his personality becoming dank. A festering smell engulfed his living quarters. People began to fear going near him. He had become an intensely chaotic being.
His howls of rage filled the chambers every night for years. Soon, they died away. No one dare visit Cecil, except for Omikron.
One dark day, in the middle of a thunderstorm, Cecil and Omikron left the building. They said nothing. The foul aroma of death followed them through the doors and vanished in the distance.
A New Beginning Erik and Juneau, being the only two left, formed a new alliance with Kurtis and Kyno. The four disbanded their army and practiced their magick in secret. They grew old, had children, then passed on to the next life, leaving their runes in the care of their oldest children. The cycle continued and the generations passed.
Description of Class: The Chaotic is merely a mage, trained thoroughly in elemental magick. There are only two types of Chaotic that are known to roam the land, the Blizzard Chaos and the Typhoon Chaos. The oldest son of the previous Chaotic inherits the rune pertaining to their element. If a Chaotic is dying and does not have a child, he chooses a child from another family to take his place. The child must be chosen early, if to be trained correctly.
The Chaotic does not allow females to become champions. The females were trained in elemental magick, but they were not allowed to possess a rune. The reason for it lay undisclosed, established in the early times of the original band.
At one single time, there are only two Chaotic champions, the Blizzard Chaos and the Typhoon Chaos. None may gain the title until it is passed down to them.
The other two Chaotic, the Onyx Chaos and the Magma Chaos, have never been seen and are not expected to roam the land. If the two “dark” Chaotic were alive and roaming, the world would be doomed. The intent of the “dark” Chaotic, the followers of Omikron and Cecil, is to discover the path to binding, which was Cecil’s original plan. Since the times of Cecil and Omikron’s disappearance, the followers of Juneau and Erik have dedicated themselves to prohibiting another catastrophe.

History: A direct descendant of Juneau, Tache’s arcane abilities were stronger than his ancestors. He trained heavily, his energy growing immensely. By the time he was eighteen, he was outperforming the current Blizzard Chaos in terms of cunning, strength, and magickal dexterity. It was as if Juneau had reincarnated.
Since his powers were so great, he was given the Blizzard Rune on the eve of his twentieth birth year. With this, he received a second rune. The essence of Khan, the Radiant Rune, thought to have been lost forever.
Leaving the temple of his kin shortly after his master passed away, he ventured into the world to further develop his powers. Leaving the Typhoon Chaos behind, he vanished into the world of catastrophe and sorrow, armed with a gauntlet, the Blizzard Rune, and the dormant Radiant Rune.
A Chaotic Escapade He traveled slowly, making his way across the land. He visited obscure villages, noble cities, cozy farms, and monolithic temples. He was intrigued by how beautiful the world was beyond his home.
It was years before he felt the darkness. Having been on the road for five years, he had been happy. Luck had blessed his travels, nothing overly horrible happening to him. There was the occasional tavern brawl, the outlaw who wanted a quick kill, and the several times he had to step in and take out a fiend that preyed on the meek.
He sat in a tavern, in the a desolate town near the ocean. The stench was faint at first, but it soon grew in his nostrils. The festering smell became unbearable as a man, cloaked in brown, a hood covering his face, entered the room. He sat several seats down the bar from Tache, the man’s head tilted in Tache’s general direction.
Tache slowly pulled his gauntlet-clad hand from the table, burying it in the folds of his robes. The man turned his head, the stench slowly filling the rest of the tavern. Several men and women got up from their seats, hurriedly leaving the room, disturbed by the smell.
The man continued to sit, his cloak billowing around him from the gusts of wind through the windows. He placed both hands upon the table, a sharp clank echoing as from under the folds of cloth. He snickered, pulling up the edge of his cloak a bit, revealing the end of a gauntlet, a tad of crimson staining the end.
Tache pushed himself up from the stool, turning and exiting the tavern, the smell fading from his nostrils. Relieved to be free of the nauseating odor, he walked west, heading toward the nearest exit. The sense of evil and foreboding stuck in his mind, his nausea increasing. There was an aura about the man, a distinct feeling that he was the embodiment of all evil. A being that left death, decay, and destruction in its wake.
Finis.
